How to Tie

  1. 1Unlay the strands of the rope for several inches.
  2. 2Take one strand and pass it through the loop formed by the next strand.
  3. 3Continue passing each strand through the loop of the next, going around the entire knot.
  4. 4Pull all strands to tighten, working the knot into a ball shape.
